Landlord can request tenant vacate at any time, so long as 90 days notice is given to the tenant. Owner pays water. Gas and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. No Pets allowed, no smoking. One off street parking spot is included. Parking will be made available for more cars DURING PARKING BANS ONLY at no additional monthly cost. First, last and security due upon signing, but security can be broken up and paid over the first three months of occupancy if needed.
