People who rent from me are real people who I am on a first name basis with and my houses aren't just numbers, I personally did or was actively involved in the entire remodel of this house and I think it shows. (I name all of my places and I m not 100% sure on the name for this one yet but all input is appreciated) This apartment is just finishing up a complete remodel and it's gorgeous! $845/month *Airy 2 bedroom apartment *Great neighborhood *comes with its own washer/dryer *New carpet/vinyl *New high efficiency furnace/central air *New paint, plumbing & light fixtures *High ceilings *Big eat in kitchen *Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room *Landlord pays internet *Walking distance to Marion Square *no Section 8 **photos are of a similar property. We only take photos after all remodeling is finished. *Pets* are ok with refundable deposit and pet rent. I think that any pet is only as good as it's owner. With that in mind I will say that I am stricter than most landlords as far as what I consider damage and nuisance noise. So if your pet(s) are well behaved then there won't be a problem but it they are not then this probably isn't a good fit for you. Here is a list of the restricted breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Sheperd, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the these breeds listed. I'm going to be asking these prequalifying questions before setting up any showings: -Who would be living at the house/apartment? -What is the relationship? -Where is everyone working, how long have they been employed there and what is each person's take home monthly income? -Any pets? If so what kind? -When would you be wanting to take possession?
