Five minute walk to Lucky's (best market and incredible bakehouse), Ruzo Coffeehouse, and various restaurants. You'll love this house because of the high ceilings, warm ambiance, location and the nice furniture and comfy (firm) mattresses. Rental includes access to the private community pool nearby. Our house has 4 bedrooms (top floor: master with king bed, split level floor: bedroom with twin bunk beds and bedroom with queen bed, basement: bedroom with queen bed). We have a garden-level basement with lots of space to play and full bathroom. Every bedroom has large closets. House is rented furnished and if we have any kid items that would be useful for you, we would be happy to leave those for you! Renter responsible for utilities. Rental period: August 1, 2025-June 30, 2026 but the end date is negotiable.
