CLEANING
This house is perfect for traveling nurses and healthcare professionals. The house has MERV 8 air filtration which filters 99.9% of contaminantes down to 1.0 microns. Before renting, the house is cleaned by hand and using an atomized fog with a human safe solution of hydrogen-peroxide. The house is vacated for 7 days between guests and renters and treated with hydrogen peroxide fog insuring that 100% of any airborne and surface biological contaminants such as SARS-CoV-2 are dead.
ADU
There is an apartment above the garage that has a separate outside street entrance. The ADU is occupied and NOT for rent. The home owner uses the ADU as a private office. The ADU and home share a view of the court yard, pond and waterfall.
A house cleaner is available to come once every 2 weeks to vacuum, dust, clean surfaces and bathrooms. The time would be scheduled if requested. Weekly housekeeping is available at cost.
PARKING
There is a parking available for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. Additional parking is available on public streets outside the Village.
RENTAL / LEASE (preference given to traveling nurses)

Renters must pass a rental background check. The house in a village home-owner association that has rules regarding parking and noise. Those must be followed. Pre-rent may be required. Security deposit can be applied to pets, repairs and move out cleaning if necessary, as well as to repairs and damages. The house is in perfect condition and has been thoroughly cleaned and is painted. It must be returned in the same like -new condition or the security deposit will be used to restore the house.
This a no smoking home. Anyone smoking in the house or on the property will be evicted. This included tobacco, marijuana and vaping products. There is no assurance that continuing the lease will be possible. Oregon law allows the homeowner to take possession of their home, after the term of the lease is completed, in order to provide a home for their self-or family. You will be given 90 days notice if this becomes necessary.
This home is ideal for a small family or a couple. This house if not capable of supporting a large group of roommates without a high degree of wear. Renters are not permitted to sublease a room or space to others who are not identified on the lease.
