The house in a village home-owner association that has rules regarding parking and noise. Those must be followed. Pre-rent may be required. Security deposit can be applied to pets, repairs and move out cleaning if necessary, as well as to repairs and damages. The house is in perfect condition and has been thoroughly cleaned and is painted. It must be returned in the same like -new condition or the security deposit will be used to restore the house. This a no smoking home. Anyone smoking in the house or on the property will be evicted. This included tobacco, marijuana and vaping products. There is no assurance that continuing the lease will be possible. Oregon law allows the homeowner to take possession of their home, after the term of the lease is completed, in order to provide a home for their self-or family. You will be given 90 days notice if this becomes necessary. This home is ideal for a small family or a couple.
