There are twin beds in the guest room. The master bath has a walk-in shower, the guest bath has a bathtub and shower. The lanai opens to the master bedroom and the living and dining rooms where sunsets can be enjoyed from all rooms. The heated pool & hot tub are within walking distance. There is a larger, almost Olympic size heated pool at the clubhouse. Both pools features showers, private changing rooms, bathrooms, pool chairs, tables and umbrellas. The clubhouse also has a workout room, library, full kitchen, meeting rooms & outdoor seating. The community has a fishing pier, barbecue grill, car washing area, relaxing and lovely landscaped walking & bike paths, lighted tennis courts, kayak entry into Palma Sola Bay, kayak storage and shuffleboard courts.
