No more than 3 people, and no pets allowed (Association does not allow them). Includes a Washer and Dryer. It's a great property to rent, but here is the downside. Breakaway pool and hot tub area in between the two buildings will be under substantial construction, so pool and hot tubs will be unavailable. Parking will be almost non-existent, so if interested it is highly advised you do not have a vehicle to park at the complex. Construction will be outside the living room and bedroom windows and at times, in particular during demolition the windows will be boarded up to protect them from damage. Construction will only be during the day and only during the week, Monday thru Friday. So, if you are looking for an in-expensive close place to Vail and willing to put up with the above mentioned downsides, please contact me.
