In this case, that means a minimum of $5,000 COMBINED monthly income or $60,000 COMBINED annual income. *2 most recent verifiable income statements for each applicant are required with each application.*
2) No evictions in the last 5 years, no current eviction proceedings OR outstanding balances due to previous landlord lawsuits.
3) No felony convictions or pending charges relating to: theft, violent offenses, or sexual offenses.
4) **HONESTY**. THIS IS A BIG ONE. The program we use for the background check is case-net, in addition to a Skiptrace software that covers all states and is much more comprehensive. We are upfront with this to all applicants so that everyone is inclined to be honest with us. If you do not include information pertaining to income, residency, evictions or honesty, it will come up in the background check and that will result in an automatic rejection.
We do not charge for the application and we can run the background check usually within 1-2 days.
