    I am actively renovating this home right now, so you can come look at it today but you will need to either use your imagination, or come back in a couple weeks to see it when I'm finished. NO exceptions. Lease term: 12 months Deposit: $1600 Move-in costs: first month rent, last month rent, and deposit If you wish to view the unit, you may either send me a completed rental application, or a brief list with the full names of each person (adults only) and all animals that intend to live in the home. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the unit or the application process, and I have standard application forms available by email if you would like to fill one out. I approve tenants based on the information that is provided on the application and from your references, but I will also need to perform a credit and background check before lease signing. If you think you might have a problem with anything that's going to come up on the credit report, please ASK first so I can avoid wasting time and money. It is free to submit an application, but the credit and background screening costs $35/person.
