Carl Albert School District. I have a 3 bedroom 1.75 bath house that is available for rent. The rent will be $995 per month with a $995 deposit. The house is 1154 sq feet, has a 2 car garage, central heat and air, and a fenced backyard w/ a small covered patio. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Pet rent is charged per pet per month (ranges from $25-$40) in lieu of a pet deposit. You will be required to have carpets steam cleaned upon move out. This house has had previous renters w/ pets. So if you have serious pet allergies this is not the house for you. Requirements: The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. - I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked (some credit items do appear on your background check so if you do not pay your bills I can tell without a credit check). -You do need to prove that you afford the rent (at least 2.5 times the rent so $2500 minimum per month without a lot of outgoing payments) and have good job history (at least 1 year). - I will not cram a bunch of people in the house.
