    There is a good sized office and it has a beautiful archway entry without a door. There's an add on 17'x20', it has built in shelves that wrap around an entire side of the room, and (2) sky lights. The add-on has plumbing in the corner, and you can very easily put in a wet bar, or sheet rock for an add'l bathroom. There is a cabin that is in great condition, we remodeled it last year, it has a half bath, a potential kitchenette area, plumbing in place for an insert shower, nice living room and a bedroom with closet. The cabin has a wrap around porch, large porch on the back side. I recently repaired, stained and waterproofed the cabin and decking. The cabin deck also overlooks the pond is stocked. We replaced all of the roofs in August 2015 for the main home, guest home, and (3) storage sheds. New hot water tank February 2015, New A/C and gas furnace for main house and guest house August 2013, new pressure tank and pump for the main well, along with all new plumbing in the well house. There is a brick gazebo, which has electricity, and was previously used for a jacuzzi, but was turned into a grilling area. We have put a lot of hard work into this property, with intentions to live here forever. Great potential for a investment property. This home is a must see for the price.
