Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Sierra Student Apartments ASAP. The rent for January is all paid for and I am willing to pay the month of February as well if need be! The lease ends on august 31st of this year so you will have a home for the rest of this school year and more if you choose to do summer classes and you will have the option to renew if you feel like it. It is a 4 bed 4 bath apartment and you will be staying in Unit C, and you will get your own private bedroom and bathroom! It has a dishwasher, and in unit laundry. It is also only a 5 minute walk to campus! You also have access to a gym, pool and gaming area! The rent is $1175 a month, and then with utilities(only electricity) and an assigned parking spot it never goes over $1215 . The roommates are all really nice and clean!
