Located 1 minute from beautiful Higgins Beach, the warmest water temperature in the greater Portland area and a fantastic surfing beach (the best surfing beach around) and only 15 minutes from downtown Portland, this home is bathed in sunlight all day long. The living room, with its huge bank of oversized windows, faces south and has the most fantastic energy and incredible ocean breezes in the summer. The kitchen has windows facing south, west and north for fantastic cross breezes and sunlight. The dining room is very sunny in the mornings.
