This is the end of a dead end private road, on the bay side of the hill crest, with world class view of entire Bay Area. The hill top is comprised of single family private homes, paved streets without curb and gutter, rural setting with Tilden Regional Park boundary on the east (Wildcat Canyon), Kensington School property on the north (a vacant lot above the actual school), and a currently vacant lot with two homes scheduled to be built on the west. This home was originally designed by famed architect Bernard Maybeck. The hilltop was originally owned by the Maybeck family and has an original Maybeck house as well.
