We've had this home since 1999, raised 5 kids in it, and over the last decade or so, we've let it run down quite a bit. It's definitely a "fixer-upper" and not for the feint of heart. :) (The detached 4 stall garage / 2 bedroom apartment is pretty trashed.) We're just not in any kind of position right now to put any money into it so we've significantly dropped the price to compensate for that. Hopefully someone who has the skillz to bring back the beauty this home once had will be interested in it.
