Paramount, Peacock, and Disney+ are available for guests' use. Additional apps can be accessed with guest's personal subscription log-ins. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this third-floor condo has elevator access, it is not ADA compliant. We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request. Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ's restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center. Available long term or short term. For stays 6-months or less, 11.5% tax shall apply. Security deposit is $250 per month for stays less than 6 months. Security Deposit is 120% of one month's rent for stays 6-months or longer. Utilities are included. For stays over 30 days there is a $100 cap on electricity. No pets allowed. $100 lease prep fee. $100 application fee per applicant for stays longer than 6 months only. No smoking.
