Rent includes basic cable, trash, and water. It has a covered parking space, a storage room, and backs up to the 2nd hole tee of the golf course. HOA requires a background check. There are not many children neighborhood. Ideally I'm looking for long term mature tenants. The HOA requires a $150 background check and application. There are breed and size restrictions for dogs, and a non-refundable $200 pet fee. I require first, last, and damage deposit of $600 for a total of $4400. There is no smoking.
