Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen, cozy living room, and chic finishes throughout the home, blending comfort with class. The spacious layout makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and recharge together. There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can use the garage as well as park within the driveway, or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. We do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking or drug policy and noise curfew cut off time of 10pm will result in additional expenses to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property. The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
