Private bathroom with two sinks and a stand in shower. A state of the art kitchen with cook wear, utensils, plates, and bowls. A large lap pool with lounge and sun tan chairs. The home and grounds are well maintained and clean. The pool is cleaned and gardeners come once per week. The home is cleaned by house keepers once every month or two as needed. The outside is pest controlled once every three months. You are very close to the beach and get an ocean breeze throughout the day. There are many windows to be opened to get fresh air. The neighborhood is exquisite and the walks around the beach fill you with health. The lease will be a month-to-month rental agreement. A background check and renters insurance are required. Electricity, gas, water, internet, and garbage are a flat $150 per month. Parking will be on the sidewalk right in front of the home. No smoking inside the home. No pets please. You are responsible for maintaining your own area and keeping it clean.
