Kitchen and family room and laundry room flooring has been upgraded to Travertine Stone. All kitchen countertop have been replaced with multi spec.Granite countertops and all backslashes have a beautiful design of stone throughout. Dinning room and Living room has deluxe crown moulding installed. The downstairs powder room was completely stripped to the wall and a tile walk in shower, cherry cabinet and new sink and all fixtures installed, and upgraded tile flooring. All 4 bedrooms, Office and kitchen dining area have new ceiling fans installed. Upstairs bath was stripped to the walls and a walk in tile shower, new cherry cabinet and sink and shower and sink fixtures installed also new tile floor throughout the bathroom. A pocket door was also installed. Walls received new paint throughout the house. New upgraded padding and upgraded carpet installed throughout the rest of the house. We also just had solar electric installed. All of this was completed as of August 29, 2014.
