Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living area for gathering after a day at the beach. Whether you prefer a quick drive or a short stroll, the beach is easily accessible, making it ideal for creating lasting memories. Two of the bedrooms feature two queen beds each, while the third boasts a king-size bed in the master suite, complete with a spacious private bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the queen rooms, providing easy access for everyone. Each room includes a smart TV for streaming. Head downstairs to enjoy the charcoal grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter's closet beside the fridge, and the garage. There are two security cameras, one overlooking the driveway and one overlooking the front doorway. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only allowed on the driveway, and smoking, parties, or events are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and report any accidental damage immediately. Grilling is only allowed on the patio area, and sand should be rinsed off in the shower under the house. Do not flush inappropriate items down the toilet or pour grease down the drains. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for lost days will be provided. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. Please respect the home as you would your own.
