Auction Terms are as follows: A $10,000 non-refundable deposit will be due from the buyer within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction with the balance due at the closing. Bidding is not contingent upon inspection or financing. The property will be sold in AS-IS condition. Closing of this transaction will be held within 35 days of the conclusion of the auction at Trademark Title Company in Muncie, IN. The buyer is responsible for paying the taxes due and payable for Spring 2022 and the taxes thereafter. Possession will be handed over within 14 days after the closing date.
