The oversized island is the heart of the home - our friends and family love to spend time around it when we host or when my husband and I have dinner together. The master bedroom is very quiet and the walk-in-closet was custom designed to maximize storage. The second bathroom is recently updated with a marble vanity, additional lighting and extra storage. The second bedroom offers new hardwood floors, custom extra storage, sliding mirrored doors and is enclosed for maximum privacy, with natural light through the 8' window. I love how cozy, yet spacious this condo is and the outdoor space. You don't have to leave the building to get to your car, or access food + coffee (we have a 7-11 accessible via secure key fob in the lobby). Full-time cleaning and maintenance staff (William), on-site management (Dan), friendly door people as well as a gym and business center. The location of the building is fantastic - across from Mary Bartleme Park, near Skinner Park, Whole Foods, Mariano's, Restaurant Row (or now Takeout Row) on Randolph as well as everything on Madison and Green and nearby Fulton Market. We love the privacy of the penthouse! The tall ceilings, floor to ceiling south-facing windows and hours spent on the spacious balcony are a few of our favorites aspects about living here. The renovated kitchen has so much storage, and the oversized island and extra deep sink are two of my favorite things about cooking and hosting here. The size of the Master Bedroom (fits a King), custom walk-in closet and Master Bathroom (which includes dual vanities, whirlpool tub and glass shower) makes it a perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day. The black out curtains are wonderful too. "West Loop, Best Loop!" The condo is close to everything in the heart of West Loop, while having limitless views to the south for a refreshing sense of privacy in an urban landscape. Scores of great restaurants, bars, friendly retailers and fitness options as well. All the convenience of being close to the Loop, 90/94/290 and LSD. Short distance from the Blue and Green/Pink line as well. Best garage parking space in the building (first floor, right across from elevators) is $200 / month extra and strongly preferred to be rented with unit. Note: owner is a licensed real estate agent and photos are from a prior occupant. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, 1GB speed internet.
