A lockable shed is at the back of the property for additional storage. Just 2 minutes to grocery and drug stores and one more minute to the fun shops and restaurants of downtown Woodruff. It's a great small town feel, but close to Greenville and Spartanburg. All utilities are the responsibility of the renter. The light on the back of the property is required to be included with the electric bill (Duke Power). Renters are responsible for keeping all flower beds around the house weed-free. Regular lawn mowing (2-3 times a month in growing season is normal) and fall leaf clean-up is the responsibility of the renter. Should the yard not be maintained properly, renter will be given 15 days to bring the property into shape. If not completed within 15 days, the renter will be required to pay an additional $120 per month for yard service. No smoking inside the house. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside. Renters insurance is required for duration of the lease. Monthly rent is due on the first of the month and must be paid through an automatic payment via Zillow's system.
