You will be responsible for cutting the grass twice a month during the growing season. Utilities will be in your name and you will be liable for those. Pets are fine but large dogs are considered on a case by case basis. Depending on the pet arrangement there might be an additional fee. No smoking inside. I require renters insurance & income verification. I will also be doing a background check to look for criminal history, evictions, as well as credit history.
