Cottage resides on this quiet and private road - great for walkers, runners, or bicycles. Davis Recreation Center is our private and well-managed significant association, including access to tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, swing sets, and Recreation Center for events as a Shady Nook Member. Our $250 dues pay for winter plowing, roads maintenance, and more! Even an area to set up a pro-size volleyball net.
