Our warm & comfortable house is conveniently located between 2 amazing ski resorts, Killington & Okemo.: Killington (10.3 mi to Skyeship Base Lodge, 15.7 mi to K1 Base Lodge & 12.7 mi to Bear Mountain Lodge) Okemo (9.3 mi to Clock Tower Base Lodge & 7.8 mi to Jackson Gore Base) . Woodstock, VT is 19 miles away & in 10 mins you can visit the Calvin Coolidge Historic site located in Plymouth, VT. This beautiful 3 level house will provide you with the comfort & space to relax with family & friends. The main level has a large open floor plan w fireplace, welcoming you and your guests into the light filled living room; a spacious kitchen - stocked with amenities & all the essentials for making any meal at home (or any celebration). Next to the dining area is a slider door to an outdoor deck. Also available on the main level is 1 queen bedroom & a 3/4 bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) to accommodate the 1st floor guest. The 2nd level upstairs has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom (King Bed)has an en-suite bathroom & stairs take you up to a loft with futon. The other 2nd floor bedroom has 2 twins (but can be set up as a king bed, if needed) & its en-suite 3/4 bathroom. Going back down to the 1st main floor, near the front door, you will find an additional stairwell. These stairs take you down to the lower level. Here you will find another open living space - the sectional couch has a pull-out tempurpedic queen bed; a private bedroom with 2 twin beds; a laundry room (washer /dryer); and a full bathroom, double sink, large soaking tub with shower & a sauna.There is an outdoor deck located off of the living area. This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is spacious & comfortable for a vacation with family or friends. A Shaw's supermarket is down the road in Ludlow, near Okemo. Tyson Store, on the way to Okemo, is 10 mins away for any quick pick up. You will also find multiple generals stores via the Killington access road or en-route to Woodstock. Available from December 1, 2021 - April 1, 2022.. $8,000/ month (2 months minimum commitment) or $24,000/ season. All utilities included (cable, water, electric). No smoking or pets.
