Private room. Shared bathroom due to washer and dryer in the same room. Kitchen can be used however no refrigerator space available. House rules to be discussed further if applicant is interested. Parking can be made available as we can find a rental space. Not included with the monthly rent. No smoking and no pets allowed. The room is not adequate for couple and we limit on staying over night as we have kids.
