Rooms can be furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand for an additional fee. No Shared Walls: Say goodbye to noisy neighbors above or below. Designated Parking: One dedicated parking space plus unlimited street parking. Home Comforts: Central AC/heating, washer/dryer in-unit, fast Wi-Fi, and access to all shared spaces kitchen, dining room, living room, and a sunny, relaxing sunroom. Respect Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM (especially since children live here part-time) unless previously approved. 2. Cleanliness: Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and maintain shared areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces) in good condition. If personal responsibility is not upheld consistently, a weekly cleaning rotation will be implemented to ensure fairness and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all. 3. No Smoking or Drugs: No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house No illegal substances on the property 4. Shared Spaces: Be mindful of noise, especially in common areas Designated areas will be established for personal food. Label your food in the fridge (with personal goal is to get another fridge soon) 5. Children's Safety and Privacy: Be respectful and mindful when children are present No unsupervised interaction with children unless discussed/approved 6. Communication: Open communication is encouraged bring up any issues respectfully and early Group chat will be established and shared calendar for scheduling household events 7. Home Access & Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving No sharing keys or entry codes without permission
