The park spans over 100 acres and features a range of recreational facilities and attractions, including tennis courts, a swimming pool, a playground, and a basketball court. The park is also home to several historic landmarks, such as the Booker T. Washington High School and the John A. White Golf Course. Additionally, the park has a rich history of hosting cultural events and festivals, including the Atlanta Jazz Festival and the Juneteenth Festival. Guests will have private access to the entire property. No smoking or use of fire is permitted in the rental, including vape pens and marijuana. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Parties or events are not allowed. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises.
