2 bed 2 bath house. Inside the house is modern, all wood flooring throughout the house. Very close to wine country, 15 minutes to Jackson, approximately 22 minutes to Placerville. Renter will cover utilities which include, internet, PGE, propane, water/sewer, trash and etc. I will not tolerate smoking inside the house. If you destroy/break anything you shall replace and or fix said issue. Rent is 2650 a month and we require a deposit of one month's rent in advance, we require you to make at least 2x months rent. If something happens to the house we will make sure it gets taken care of for example roof, refrigerator etc. But if something is to be destroyed due to misuse then we will not fix said item.
