We have a newer 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home on a dead end street in Valrico close to everything. The homes is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. The homes comes with central heat/air, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. The home is on a 50x140 lot with screened patio, shed, covered carport and plenty of off street parking. We have a great reputation for taking care of our tenants and properties plus we have a full time maintenance person so things get taken care of quickly. The rent is $1600. monthly which includes lawn service, recycling and trash pick up, with a $1600 last month deposit and $1000 security deposit for a total of $4200 to move in. We do credit and background checks along with income verification. SORRY NO PETS.. Renter pays water which is very cheap around $10-$15 per month and electric.
