We live very close to the Airport Dike trail and Brotherhood Trail, which are fantastic walking and biking trails.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOMEI love that it is a beautiful and newer home that is 5 star-energy rated, and has an open floor plan. The room temperature stays around the 70's year round, even without the heat on. Because this is a newer condo, there is no real maintenance to speak of, so if you love a problem-free/worry-free home, this might be the place for you. We have been really lucky to have neighbors that are very friendly, quiet and private. I think there is very little to love about this condominum, unless of course, you don't like condos at all. :)
