I have a lovely, freshly built tiny home to explore and enjoy, with two bright lofts, a full bath and washer/dryer to offer you. (NOTE:AVAILABLE FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY: FEBRUARY/MARCH 2023) I live in another part of my property, in the "big" house. The big house has a large deck with a koi pond and yard, all which I welcome you to enjoy as well. The tiny house is in the back of the garden and has a separate path /entrance gate leading to it. The house comes with beautiful artwork, locally sourced solid wood floors, storage space, a comfortable twin bed or a twin couch bed, cozy arm chair, new and fully stocked kitchen, a small dining room table and chairs and with lots of character! You will have the choice of on or off street parking, on a safe quiet street. The new kitchen has solid wood cabinets, porcelain/slate counter tops, gas stove for cooking, with an exhaust/hood, toaster, 3/4 size refrigerator, kitchen wares/dishes/pans, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan/light. This is a downtown Charlottesville property with all the benefits of country living. It borders a wooded park (Meadow creek Park), on a quiet, dead end street. It is located at the trailhead of the Rivanna Trail. The creek and Rivanna River are a 4 minute walk, through the woods. It is a very safe, settled, peaceful and quiet neighborhood with more parks in close proximity than any other neighborhood in Charlottesville. Neighbors are friendly and care a lot for each other. We are a beautiful 1 mile walk to Charlottesville's Historic Downtown Mall, Sprint Concert Pavilion and dozens of incredible restaurants! Monticello is a 20 min drive; on this side of town. The Blue Ridge Mountains and too many amazing breweries to count are 20 min away as well. I welcome all to my home and do not discriminate.
