It's a cozy ranch-style house on a dead-end, gravel street surrounded by houses with families. It's adjacent to Woods Park, which is a forested ravine full of song birds and owls. The three bedrooms have wool carpeting, the two bathroom floors are tiled, and the rest of the house is hardwood. The house has a large deck and a quiet back yard with two raised garden beds available for planting. Tenant responsible for sewer, water, electricity, and gas. Owner pays for garbage. Due upon signing the rental agreement: First month's rent and security deposit of $2,200, plus $250 pet deposit, if applicable. We will require proof of renter's insurance before move-in. We will need to meet and approve of all prospective tenants' dogs, if any, as a pre-condition. We don't want to introduce any potentially dangerous animals into the neighborhood, which has a number of children.
