The three bedrooms have wool carpeting, the two bathroom floors are tiled, and the rest of the house is hardwood. The house has a large deck and a quiet back yard with two raised garden beds available for planting. Tenant responsible for sewer, water, electricity, and gas. Owner pays for garbage. Due upon signing the rental agreement: First month's rent and security deposit of $2,200, plus $250 pet deposit, if applicable. We will require proof of renter's insurance before move-in. We will need to meet and approve of all prospective tenants' dogs, if any, as a pre-condition. We don't want to introduce any potentially dangerous animals into the neighborhood, which has a number of children. The total monthly household income of the tenants on the lease must be at least twice the monthly rent.
