Hello, I am 944 S. Braun Drive, and I was built-in 1963. I have many good memories I've kept in these walls over the years, and maybe you would like to make memories with me too? The newer deck off my kitchen is a fantastic entertaining space with a relaxing waterfall feature in my backyard. I have this adorable chicken coop so you can cook fresh eggs on the chef's stove in the mornings before your hike on Green Moutain, only blocks away. I'm located in this cute neighborhood, a short drive from Belmar for the fun restaurants and shopping, and the Lightrail is only 2 miles away for a quick ride to downtown Denver to catch a Rockies game. I'm situated just a few minutes from C470 and I70 to have that Sunday Funday on the slopes. My latest people cared for me and gave me several updates. In 2012, my electrical panel was updated. In 2014 I was given all new windows and sliding glass doors. 2015 I received a new Energy Star HVAC system, Nest thermostats, and my fireplace was given a facelift. In 2017 my exterior was completely updated with a new roof, siding, gutters, and deck! Finally, in 2020 I was given fresh paint on my walls. One of my favorite updates is my KITCHEN, complete with new maple cabinets, quartz counters, floating shelves, stainless steel appliances, and a Thermador gas stove.
