Hello! This room is in a beautiful house in Spring Valley, right up the hill from Target, Smart + Final, loads of restaurants, and about a mile from the freeway entrance. We are in a big house with about 6 roomies and you would share the bathroom with 2 girls - Malissa and Melita. There is always street parking right in front of the house and everyone is so chill. It's a large room with access to a huge balcony, and a washer and dryer in the garage. The balcony is shared with 2 rooms - one is Melita and the other Christian. Neither are out there much and you are able to bring your bbq and/or furniture out there! Pets are also allowed on the balcony. There is an Xbox with 2 remotes in the front room and a weight rack as well as a fire pit on the first floor balcony. Please feel free to reach out if you want a showing :) 420 friendly just do it on the balcony, 1 pet per room. Pretty laid back other than that!
