(We accept money orders or cashiers checks only) 2) also being with you a valid state ID, social security card, Proof of income (Last 2 pay stubs, Social Security Disability or SSI award letter also for each person over the age of 18 years old. Failure to bring all items with you when dropping off applications and all items listed will delay any or all applications being approved until such time of receiving them. Turn around for approval is 24 to 48, sometimes 72 hours. We strive for 24 hours. Lessor pays: Water & Sewer, Trash Removal, Lawn service, Snow removal. Lessee pays: Deposit, Rent, Gas, electric, Phone & Cable
