We are looking for responsible tenants who have excellent rental history and who will take care and love the place like it is their own. And preferably tenants who would like to stay for a few years. There is one extra large bedroom with a sliding glass door that opens to the back yard and one small bedroom, which works perfect for a child's room or an office. The kitchen is large and spacious with lots of cabinets and drawer storage that adjoins the dining room. The dining room flows seamlessly into the living room. It CANNOT be used as a bedroom though. There's a washer and dryer in the basement for use. We love animals! Dogs and cats are welcome. There is a limit of 2 total pets and they must be spayed or neutered. PLEASE no aggressive breeds or dogs with anxiety issues that cause them to scratch window trim and doors. There is a nonrefundable pet deposit of $500 per animal due prior to moving in. Utilities + reimbursing the landlord monthly for trash and recycling is the tenant's responsibility. Lawn maintenance is the tenant's responsibility. If you have a dog / dogs please know it's your responsibility to clean up after their bathroom time. Only dogs and cats are allowed. No more than two animals. They must be fixed. No dogs with aggressive behavior and anxiety issues which cause them to scratch up floors, doors or window trim. Or excessive barking. There is a $500 pet deposit per animal. Nonrefundable.
