Our property is available and we look forward to having you as our guests. Here is a bit more information about our property. We are located in a farming area of Escondido and our property is tucked away at the far end of this rural residential area. We have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us, they are mostly in the town of Fallbrook, which we are adjacent to on the north side. The stylish cottage rests within a twenty-acre avocado orchard with expansive and stunning natural hilltop and valley views. We have two identical bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and each with its own private en suite bathroom. The center area of the house is an open floor plan, which includes a kitchen with a range and oven combination, refrigerator, dishwasher, an island with seating for three people. In that space, we also have a small desk with office chair for a workspace and a living room area with a large screen TV, large leather sofa, and two comfortable chairs. The central living area has a sliding glass door access to the small private back deck with a dining table for four, a barbecue, and a lovely view of the avocado orchard.
