I'm very flexible with the terms of the lease it can be as short as a couple months or as long as a year first month of $1200; last month of $1200 and security deposit of $1200 are required to rent my home. Wonderful walking trails, Peters lake to kayak at or walk around or the atmosphere alone .Living in Peters Township is like being on a vacation every day of your life in my opinion. Pet fee is $50 per month per pet.
