    The Green Hills Community is a quiet and safe neighborhood that feels secluded but is only about 1.5 miles away from shopping and about 3 miles away from Zona Rosa. Easy access to the 152 freeway and 29 North/South. Backyard area has more privacy than most unit as it faces the trees. You will also have access to the neighborhood pool as part of your lease. Master bedroom has it's own bathroom, 2 closets, and a double vanity. Granite countertops in the unit with surprising amount of storage space throughout. Nice tall 9ft ceilings downstairs. Washer/Dryer hookups are available but you will have to provide your own washer and dryer. The master bedroom/bathroom was not shown here as the house was currently occupied when pictures were taken. Bristile Properties does allow pets but are hesitant with larger animals, ask management if your animal will be allowed. Top things that Bristile Properties is requiring for applicants are 1) credit score of 700+, 2) Income of at least $4,600/mo, 3) Passing background check. If you do not meet these standards please don't apply as they are pretty strict with them we do not want to waste your time or money on application fees.
