    Just received the news as most people in the military eventually do that we are moving! Along with the excitement of moving comes selling a home. This is such a great house and we have loved every moment we've shared as a family and shared with our friends. it's a beautiful home, spacious and perfect for a medium to large family, with so many great features. Lets start with the huge master suite, with a large master bath, huge tub/seperate shower, his and her sinks and a large walk-in closet. Next comes the beautiful kitchen with full granite counter tops that is opened into the living area and dining area. nice large space for entertaining. Next to the front entry way is a private office with vaulted ceilings.the half-bath is downstairs just off the living room, convenient for guests, and adjacent to the 1/2 bath is the good-sized laundry/mud room, nice and out of the way.When you walk upstairs, you first walk into the second living area, perfect for the kids and family movie/game nights. Down the hall is the 4 other bedrooms, all very good sized, all have good sized walk-in closets. The two bedrooms on the left share a jack and jill style bathroom that opens into the hallway also. we used this as a guest bathroom when we had company since it connects to the room we used as a guest bed. The two bedrooms on the right side of the hall share the last bathroom, also jack and jill style, but does not open up to the hall, only the bedrooms, so it makes it a little more private, might be perfect for teenage girls! . All of the bedrooms and both living areas have ceiling fans. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this house, it is flawless and clean and practically new. It really is the best floorplan of any house I've ever seen. The master bed is downstairs, while all of the others are up, and it just seems there wasnt a dot of wasted space when they designed it. In my opinion, it also has the best curb appeal of any house in the neighborhood, and there is not another one that looks just like it. There is a super great elementary (K-5) school with an amazing teaching staff in the neighborhood, walking distance, about 1/4 mile away. a neighborhood park, with covered playground, basketball court and huge field, 2 private olympic sized pools, (with adult only swim times in the evenings), plus two toddler-sized pools.The value of the home according to zillow is about $258,000, we are asking $239K. this is a growing area and there is any store you could think of only a 5-7 minute drive away: You have a super target 5 miles in either direction, walmart in either direction and HEB (including a brand new HEB plus) in either direction. La Cantera and Six Flags are about 7 miles to the north and Sea World is about 7 miles to the south. You can hop onto 1604 and be at either I-10 or 151 within minutes, it really is the perfect location, about 20 minutes to Lackland with traffic, 30 mins to Randolph, 30 mins to downtown.
