To move-in: First month rent (may be prorated) and $1,850 as fully refundable security deposit and non-refundable $300 cleaning fee, and $50 refundable deposit for each house key, and mail box key or garage door remote opener if they apply. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Rental application and credit check need be done through Zillow.com. But verification of employment and rental history need to be done through landlord. Please email your most recent three months pay stubs and/or bank statements, and your government issued photo IDs as supporting documents for your application. A non-refundable administrative fee of $50 is to be paid upfront. Please complete landlord provided rental application too. For the rental and employment verification forms please complete the top portion and have your landlord and your employer complete the bottom portion of the forms. All aforementioned complete application materials and administrative fee must be received by landlord before the application can be processed.
