Second floor. Giant kitchen, big bedroom with huge closet. New bathroom has a dinning area a large living room. It's a nice place. but, it is above a pub so it's pretty loud at times with live entertainment on Tuesday night open mic to 11:30pm, Thursday night d Karaoke, Friday Dj 1:00am, Saturday night live bands to midnight. 70% of the time it is silent just on those nights it can be loud but, if you like the pub life and live music this is the place for you, with great food available as well. So for a second shift person this would be the perfect place and if you don't mind some noise your good also, the noise is not that bad but needs to be mentioned. it also has a ripta bus stop right in front of the building. You are surrounded by water with Conimicut point park beach is like a 2 mile walk, rocky point state park with a beautiful fishing pier, buttonwoods beach park and Oakland beach park tons of restaurants and breakfast places, stop n shop, Dave's market all a couple miles away. And has an off road parking spot. Rent is only direct deposited weekly, credit check and background checks will be done. No smoking, no pets. It is electric baseboard heat and free Wi-Fi from the pub below. And as I mentioned in the description earlier it can get pretty loud on entertainment nights and the smoking area is out back and can generate some noise at times as well.
