Parking is in front of the townhouse for 2 cars. Very quiet and private setting, but moments away from everything (1.9 miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 9 miles to Mt. Rose Ski Resort, and 1.6 miles to downtown / Raley's supermarket). Included in the rent is Spectrum high-speed 5G wireless internet, water, snow removal, and weekly trash removal service.
