This apartment has been great! My wife and I moved here from Minnesota, and the staff was very welcoming. We recently bought a house, so will need someone to take over our lease. They have a dog park on-site, and 1 covered stall (which is nice in the winter). All appliances work well (including the fireplace!) Our rent lease is just through 6/30/19, in which you can re-sign or choose elsewhere. This would be a great spot for someone who will be moving here to check out the SLC area, or for someone needing a temporary apartment. *Price does not include utilities Tenant is responsible for utilities, parking stall, and pet rent (if applicable)
