About the unit: 1st floor unit - quiet neighbor above you Private Entrance 2 bedrooms - master bedroom is large enough for a king bed plus extra room Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom attached - has a large shower w/bench Laundry/ walk- in closet (they are in the same room, located off the master bedroom): Extremely large Washer and Dryer are full size - has extra shelf for storage above washer and dryer 2nd bedroom could fit a queen size bed comfortable 2nd bathroom is a full bath - has shower/tub combo (this bathroom is extremely large as well) Patio door with nice patio - view is towards the parking lot large enough for a nice 2 chair/ 1 sm table set Wall A/C unit in living room Attached 1.5 car garage - This is an assumption, my car fits and there is a ton extra space for storage - I was able to get 3 shelving units in the garage with space left over for my car and other things.
