The Bad: No Washer/Dryer on site, but laundry is across the street, you can walk there faster than drive! The train tracks are across the street, but you don't notice them unless you are outside. You can NOT fit a King size bed in the bedroom. The UGLY: No pets over 15lbs. (I will accept ONE small pet per apartment) $25 application fee- this is what they charge me to run your background check. Deposit =$600 $600 per month rent utilities run about $100 per month (LGE) PLEASE NOTE LGE has a new customer deposit of $300...please consider than when you are looking for a rental. It can effect your first month's budget in a new place (even if it isn't mine) You must have steady employment with references. No interest in short-term tenants.
