This home is just off the snowmobile trail, is the last on the road with cable access, and is on Boonville Power. We ordered this home brand new in 2008, it is up to the latest codes, as is the well and septic. It is like new inside, this was a vacation home for us. The living room, hallway and kitchen walls are sheetrock instead of the paneling. The house has the ability for central air, we never purchased the unit. There also was an addition on the previous trailer that the code office still recognizes can be put on.
