Beautiful home in nice residential area in Farmington. This house offers a great deal of space with an addition completed in 2006. There is a full in-law setup on the lower level with a full kitchen. Addition includes recreational room (in our case, used by kids as a game room) with solid cherry hardwood floor and Anderson windows. House interior was recently painted in the past year and one bathroom was completely remodeled. Additionally, AC unit done within the last five years and furnace was replaced about two years ago. We have children in college and looking to downsize (in or near Farmington) to help pay for college costs.
